Do I get a business page or website?
Yes. Every free account can publish a public business page (services, hours, photos, call/text) and a shareable digital business card. The request-a-callback form on that page is a Premium feature; call and text links work on Free.
What are leads?
Leads are inquiries you track in one inbox. On Free you can log phone calls, walk-ins, and referrals yourself. Premium adds a web callback form on your public business page so online requests land in Leads automatically.
